Fast and Secure Shipping

Orders are processed the next business day, Monday through Friday, except holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are processed from Madrid, Spain.

We offer different shipping options:

  • National: Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla between 10-15 days
  • Europe: between 10-20 days
  • Other continents: between 10 and 30 days.

Returns and refunds

The procedure to return an item purchased in our online store is as follows:

1 Send a request via email for return to . You must contact us at 10 days from the date you received the product, informing us of the reason for the return if you think it will help us to continue improving.

2 Items must be packed in their original condition, along with all accessories included in the original package, and cannot be used, cleaned or damaged in any way and with all original labels and packaging.

3 Send the items to this address:

Important: until the moment we receive an item in our store, it will remain the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend that you send any item for return by courier or certified mail and keep the shipping receipt.

To return any item purchased at Gropius Lamps, simply contact a courier service or the local post office and send the product to the address above. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where a product is considered defective, Gropius Lamps will assume the total cost of return shipping and / or exchange.

Once a return is approved, the purchase value will be refunded by the same method that made the original payment.

Once we have confirmed that the items returned are in perfect condition with all the original packaging and labels, you will receive an email confirmation that will notify you of the amount that will be credited to your account.

In the event that Gropius has mistakenly sent an item other than the order or that the quality of a product received is not acceptable, contact us at  to organize a return and / or exchange. In such cases, Gropius Lamps will bear the shipping and return costs.
